  • How long is the duration of the training?

    Most of our courses have a duration of 3 hours unless told otherwise beforehand, some of the more advanced courses have a duration of 6 hours.

  • How many delegates can attend the training?

    You can have a maximum of 16 delegates per session for more theory based subjects and 12 per session for more practical training.

  • What are the course times?

    Usually our course times run from 10am - 1pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm, but we can accomidate whatever times best suit you.

  • Can we run two sessions on the same day?

    Yes, in fact this is the most cost effective way when booking in training, also if you find it hard to release all your staff in one go then we can split them into groups and run two sessions on the same day.

  • Can we book two different subjects on the same day?

    Yes we can deliver two different subjects on the same day, for example we can devilver Fire Safey in the morning and Maunal Handling in the afternoon.

  • Can we book up in advance?

    Yes, payment is not due until just before the training date so booking up in advance will give you some peace of mind knowing that the training is in the diary.

  • Can you deliver the training onsite?

    Yes, we can deliver the training onsite on a date of your choice, please make sure that there is enough space for the training to be delivered.

  • What if we do not have the space to accomidate the training?

    Not to worry, we run lots of open courses locally throughout the year or we can look for an alternative venue that is local for you.

  • Can we book up training for the year?

    Yes you can, best to be organised, you can always change dates and subjects as you go, you will be sent a training plan template of everything that you have booked in, this will help you when organising staff rotas and authorising annual leave.

  • Do you offer online training?

    No, at present all the training we deliver is face to face.

  • How much does the training cost?

    Depends on what training you book in, our onsite training starts from £275 and our open courses start from £35 per head.

  • Do you charge VAT?

    No, at the moment we do not charge VAT saving you 20% on every course that you book with us.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay via the following methods - Bacs, cheque, paypal and via card over the phone, we accept all major credit cards.

  • Are the courses accredited?

    Some of our First Aid is accredited, all our other courses though are non-accredited but they all meet cqc guidelines and best practice.

  • What if we need to cancel the training?

    Please call and let us know as soon as possible, if its outside of 14 days of the training date then there will be no charge and we can either cancel or reschedule for another time, inside 14 days charges do apply, you can find our full terms & conditions on the website.

  • When will we receive our certificates?

    Certificates will be sent via email or post once the training has been completed and we have received payment in full. Please let us know which option you would prefer. All attendees must sign our course register to be issued a certificate of attendance.

  • When will our certificates expire?

    It's best practice to renew your certificates annually unless told otherwise.
